Give as much information and details about it as possible.

These are the tasks:
  • make a guest list
  • pick a date and time
  • pick a place
  • make a budget
  • send out invitations
  • call a caterer
  • hire a DJ

Hide a dj

Our English class will make chritsmas party, That sounds good, but any party has a lot of work, just make a guest list is difficult, and, all the other things like send invitations, call a caterer, is really hard.

My classmates are organizing the christsmas party since the last week, and they are assign responsibility, and they ask me if I could hide a dj.

I hope to choose a good one, but I dont know anything about this! I suppose that my classmates wants to dance music of all tipes, I will call many dj, and chose the better.

Please be patient whit me, I will make every effort to find the best dj.

thanks, see you in class

Send out Invitations

This is a beautiful time of the year to share, in my English class my classmates and I have to plan a Christmas party with happiness, gifts, typical food, music and dancing.

I decided to help send out invitations and I need to get invitation cards printed in colors red and green with the names, date, time and place of the event in color gold with Christmas motives. I need to get the invitation cards sent as soon as possible because the event is next Saturday, November 22, 2008.

For this activity, I need the guest list and my classmate Martha Bastidas has the list.

I´m very happy in participating the great Christmas party.

Arelis Lamas

Arelis, Martha and Efrain: Great work! We have the guest list, the invitations cards, and the music.

But, if the others don't participate, we won't have a place to have the party at, and no food either :(

Let's hope they are busy planning and that they haven't forgotten about our Christmas party.

My classmates and I will organize a celebration of Christmas and I pick a date time. The proposed dates will be between 09-12 and 11-12, at time class. As they relate to the last week of activities at the university and thus get our notes and we celebrated Christmas together.
I will Propose those dates and time because they do not go beyond the scheduled time for our course, so we will have no excuses for failing to attend. Of course this selection depend of the place disponibility, and the aprovation of my classmates

My responsibility in English class is to pick a place for the Christmas party. I thought it would be an easy task, I tried to do some reservations in different places in the University but there are not available. In December, everyone wants to celebrate Christmas with their friends before going on holidays.

Today in the morning I found the perfect place for our party in the USB, chatting with a friend who works in the electronic’s building, she told me that we can use the roof top of this building, is a big place, cozy, with a very beautiful sight and organized with everything needed to make our party.

The best of all, is that it is free, we don’t have to pay anything.
